Report copyright infringement
Send a notice to Marketing@alkhalil.ae. Identify the copyrighted work, the exact URL or item and material you believe infringes it, your contact information, and a statement that you have a good faith belief the use is unauthorized. Include a statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner, plus your physical or electronic signature.

Counter notice
If your material was removed by mistake, contact the same address with the removed material and where it appeared, your name, address and telephone, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe removal was a mistake or misidentification, consent to the jurisdiction required by applicable law, and your signature. We will follow the applicable notice and counter notice process before restoring material.
Repeat infringement
We may suspend or terminate accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances. We may also remove infringing content or disable access to it.
